3:Sixteen will gladly issue an EXCHANGE or STORE CREDIT on full priced items with receipt and tags attached within 14 days of date of purchase. Items must be unwashed, unworn, unaltered, and free from stains or odor.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, and return postage is the customer's responsibility.
Damaged Items
Damaged items must be reported within 3 days of tracking number receipt of delivery. Please include a picture of the damage or defect with your email to:

Lost in Transit
3:Sixteen is not responsible for packages lost in transit. If your package is lost in transit you must file a claim with the post office or call your local post office for information on the package.
